NRA Facebook Page to Host "Firearms Face-Off"

The official Facebook page of the National Rifle Association is launching its latest "Firearms Face-Off" competition on Wednesday, July 31.

Get ready to vote for your favorite firearm! On Wednesday, July 31, the official Facebook page of the National Rifle Association will launch its new “Firearms Face-Off” competition. Fans will be asked to vote for their favorite firearm in a bracket-style tournament, where eight guns will be paired off to go head-to-head. To help readers pick a winner, each firearm will be accompanied by a short video.

Each "Face-Off" will be presented over two days—at the conclusion of which one gun will move on, and another will go home. The champion will be crowned at the end of the 14-day competition. The firearms featured are: the Springfield M1A SOCOM II, Kimber's 8400 Patrol, the Smith & Wesson M&P15, Remington's Model 783, the SIG556R, the Mossberg 500, the Ruger Mini-14, and Kel-Tec's KSG.

Mark your calendar and get ready to vote beginning on July 31.
