Timber Hawk Releases Killshot Backpack

Timber Hawk's new backpack is designed with the industry's most dedicated backcountry hunters in mind.

Timber Hawk has announced a new pack, designed with the dedicated backcountry hunter in mind: the Killshot.

The pack has a small enough profile to quietly navigate the thick timbers, but is still big enough to handle a multi-day outing—with some room left over for packing out a first load of game meat.

The Killshot allows the hunter to carry his or her rifle on the left or right side, and features four different attachment points that can be used to attach a rifle or bow. There's a blaze orange rain covering to keep gear dry when the conditions aren't favorable, and its color allows it to double as a safety feature. Among the other features are a two-liter, reversible Hydrapak bladder with insulated hose, adjustable shoulder strap system, large capacity main compartment, three horizontal compression straps for load stability and right and left hip belt accessory pockets for instant access to gear or snacks.

The Killshot also includes the Hawkeye Bino System, which allows a hunter to his or her optics on hand at all times, and stabilize them when in use. The Bino System can be used with or without the backpack, eliminating the need for an elastic bino harness.
