Man Pleads Guilty to Second Bird Killing

A Pennsylvania man pled guilty to unlawfully killing a migratory bird for the second time in six months.

Roy Gorden Lovell, 74, of Glen Rock, Pa. pled guilty to charges stemming from the unlawful killing of a Canada goose on April 20. Though there is a hunting season for Canada geese, Lovell was accused of taking the goose during the closed portion of the season.
