Proposed Bill Would End PA Sunday Hunting Ban

A House bill introduced would shift authority to regulate Sunday hunting from the General Assembly to the Game Commission.

After the Pennsylvania Game Commission passed a resolution Tuesday to repeal the ban on Sunday hunting in the state, legislation was also introduced to the House to do away with the ban. The House bill would shift authority to regulate Sunday hunting from the General Assembly to the Game Commission.
