New from Activision is the Cabela's Big Game Hunter 2012 video game, offering all of the diverse terrain, optimal gear and wild animals an adventure seeker could want.

Featuring the most realistic animals ever seen in the Cabela's series, Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012 brings the thrill of the hunt with the coolest hunting rifles and shotguns available that players can upgrade as they go along. The game also highlights the reality of hunting, as each of the player's decisions affect the path and the outcome of the hunt.

Game

The game offers play through 15 different locales in the U.S. and around the world, and 18 challenging shooting galleries. It also supports multiplayer, co-op and hot seat modes.

NRA E-Media's Junior Field Correspondent Jack Rickwalder recently caught up with Activision’s "Adventure Starts Here" Mobile Tour as it makes its way to Cabela’s and Walmarts in 191 cities across the country. Be sure to check out the photo gallery, giving you a sneak peak of the game as well as the colorful, 42-feet-long "Adventure Starts Here" tour bus, featuring a life-like adventure setting, museum-quality taxidermy, four big-screen TVs and Xbox 360, Wii and Playstation 3 game consoles.

Cabela’s Big Game Hunter 2012 is now available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Wii, and can be either bundled with the innovative Top Shot Elite wireless controller on Xbox 360 and PS3 and a peripheral on Wii, or it can also be purchased separately. This game is rated T for Teen by the ESRB.
