I actually purchased two of the bows off this list this year. I had a bear sq32 that I gave to my son and I purchased the Martin Bengal. I'm by far an expert on all the bows out there, but for the price, the Bengal is a great bow, very accurate, quiet and low vibration. I just can't see spendin $1k for another bow when u can pick this up at a great price. I also picked up the mission craze for my wife and daughter. Great price, great shooting and I love the versatility of the ranges for draw weight and length. An adult male can shoot this and if you want to let your 12 year-old daughter shoot it, you can adjust it to fit her. Great little bow, the wife and I couldn't be happier for this purchase.

I upgraded to the PSE Brute from the PSE Typhoon back in August and shot my first deer ever with the Brute last week. For the price, I thought it was my best overall choice. I couldn't be happier with the speed, minimal noise, and the cool skullworks camo pattern. No regrets with my PSE Brute.

Just bought my first PSE and I'm a happy guy! Last bow I had (hadn't shot in 12 yrs due to injury) was a Matthews Z Max and there is no comparison I know, there shouldn't be with that much time in between, but I bought this Brute X because of my budget and wasn't sure I could even shoot after the spinal fusions but I can and I love it! Shooting 390gr carbons at 305 fps! Just happy to be back in archery! :)

Seems not many people have picked up an Elite. Once you draw this bow, you will not pick up any other. Most of my Mathews buds have switched. I actually prefer the Elite Pulse. If I had to list the top 3, it would be Elite, Hoyt and Mathews.

Brandon - Did you shoot the Hoyt? I did and it beats anything on the list.

I know it has to do with personal taste but if you had to pick the best 3 bows given all the information at hand, which 3 would you pick and why?
